SETA Foundation at Washington D.C.’s Kadir Ustun served as a panelist on the Monday, November 2nd Brookings Institute panel,"Turkey's Snap Elections: Resuscitation or Relapse?" alongside representatives from the Brookings Institution, Middle East Institute, and S. Daniel Abraham Center for Middle East Peace to discuss the outcome of Turkey's November 1st election. Topics discussed included factors leading to the dramatic swing in votes from both the MHP and HDP parties to the AK Party, as well as the future of U.S.-Turkey relations.
